Photography requires the ability to see and think visually, Montreal - based Robin Hart Hiltz has managed to combine all of these elements into his craft. Over the past decade this agile artist has developed his own style and vision of the world through editorial, commercial and press photography.
The foundation of creativity begins at birth; however, Hart Hiltz found his tools of expression when his mother lent him her Ricoh rangefinder in his teens. He's permeated this initial sense of curiosity with a tattoo of his first medium format camera on his forearm. This sense of wonderment is carried throughout his work, as he captures both the essence and personality of his subjects. Each individual image is conveyed with conviction, soul and ingenuity.
